How did you get started modeling?
Modeling, fashion, and makeup have always interested me from a very young age. I can remember sitting on the floor of my Aunt's house poring through her 90's Vogue issues and having the feeling of being absolutely captivated. Then when I was older I discovered Model Mayhem and it was off to the races from there :)
What excites you about modeling?
Being able to play a character. For just a few hours, you can be someone that you wouldn't normally be. Also, I have to admit I do like to show off as well. If you've got it flaunt it right?
Do you come from a background of training in the arts?
Yes, I am a makeup artist. I am also a writer and am currently putting the finishing touches on my first novel.
What are your favorite types of outfits to model in?
Very skimpy outfits honestly :) As well as pinup-style.
What are your least favorites?
Ugly bathing suits with the granny panties (yes, someone actually made me wear this hideous blue floral suit it was terrible).
Classic pinup has become a huge phenomena lately, what about it first captured your interest?
I have always admired Bettie Page since I was 14. I think the classic look even dating back to the flapper's in the 20's and 30's were gorgeous. Also, I have always been attracted to the darker side. My parents said by the time I was three I was an "intense child" and already liked horror movies.
How did you become interested in fetish/BDSM?
My current boyfriend got me interested. Dean Riopelle (my boyfriend) owns the Masquerade NightClub in Atlanta, GA. Before that he owned the Chamber, which was a fetish/BDSM club.
Do you enjoy fetishism/BDSM play in your personal life, and if so what are you into?
I do. I am the submissive and my boyfriend is the Dom. I really enjoy wrist-ankle restraints, ball gags, whips, remote sex toys, roleplaying. Dean likes to take me out to clubs with my on a collar and leash. I love it. We both do.
What is it about Tattoos that intrigues you?
I just love the aesthetic of them. I always thought bare skin was so dull and boring.
Are there any other creative mediums you work in?
I write. Fiction but also I write poetry and I have been doing that from a very young age. When I was ten I would look at my window and write poems about "being cold in the ground". Yep, my parents definitely knew I was not a normal kid.
What kind of music do you like?
I love REAL, old punk rock. Such as X, Richard Hell, The Stooges, Germs, Misfits, Fear. I love Motorhead and David Bowie. Metal of course, and grunge is a particular love of mine. The two little black hearts I have tattooed near my skull on my right arm are for Layne Staley and Kurt Cobain, I got each heart on their death-anniversaries. In the past two years (maybe because I've been in Atlanta too long), I also now love hard, Southern rap such as Project Pat, Three Six Mafia and TI...There's this new chick on the scene, a white girl from Australia that raps. Her name is Iggy Azalea and she is wonderful, I got to meet her once and see her perform with TI here in Atlanta at the Graveyard Basement.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love concerts, I love movies and TV, cooking, SEX, I love to write. And these are my favorite things :)
